They have been harrassing me for way to long. I fell behind in my payments, and I know that is my fault. When I tried to contact them to rectify the situation, they were no help. I have now started a debt consolidation program and have included this card debt in my program payment. Everytime they contact me, I give them the information about my consolidation program. I tell them that I am using a consolidation program and all my payments are going to be made through them. At first I didn't mind the calls because I just figured that it would take time for them to record the information and verify it.

Now it is almost 2 months later, and the still call 4-5 times a day. They call my cell phone at least twice a day, they call my mothers house 3 times a day. She has told them that I no longer reside there, not to call her home...yet they still call. I have returned all of their calls and have told them not to call my mothers house anymore, they say okay but the phone calls still continue. I was told that they needed a cease and desist letter to stop the calls, but when I told them I didn't care about the phone calls being made to me-only to my moms house, they said I needed to send them a cease and desist letter no matter what. I tried to let them understand I don't live there anymore but it doesn't matter.

It has gotten so extreme that they will call her house, and the caller-id states "UNKNOWN CALLER", when she picks up they will either hang-up on her or ask for me and then hang-up. Another number they call with is 866-654-6216. I am tired of these calls and my mother is tired of being harrassed. They need to be stopped.
