Complaint Review: Cross Country Bank

Cross Country Bank charged me over the limit fees but they are the ones that made it over the limit. They will not cancel my card.I have asked them to do so many times.They will not send me any info that I have asked for.

They call my house sometimes 15 times a day.They call me on saturday starting at 8:00 am and they don't even leave a message.Sometimes they call and let it ring one or two times then they hang up.They call my work many times a day and my boss has told them to stop calling but they call anyway.

They must be stoped and they must have to answer for what they are doing to people.

Billing Rights Summary

On the back of your cross country bill read the billing rights summary. Remember the first bill on which the error appeared is that bill.Write them every month put the date of that bill on it and the part in question is the(new balance).

They say you do not have to pay any amount in question while they are investigating. They also say they cannot report you as delinquent or take any action to collect the amount in question. This is what they say so make them stand by what they say.If not they will break there own rule.
