I recently relocated and due to unforseen circumstances was unemployed to 6wks. I called my creditors and they (for the most part) were very helpful. Then I called Cross Country Bank. Explained that I fell behind and why. I haven't used my card for sometime but my late fees turned into over the limit fees.

They stated they had no payment plan. I stated I can not pay what they want (unless I screwed over the helpful complanies: not an option!)Could we work womething out. "No" They said. I said "What am I suppose to do, File for Bankrupcy."

They said they hoped I wouldn't do that. What am I to do. The other companies might want to look into this because if people file for bankrupcy because of Cross Country Bank they won't get their money either. So now I am getting the double "Zap". I can't pay the minimum so I get a late fee plus I'm now over the limit and I get that fee also.

On their web page their main heading is "God Bless America" when really it should say "Screw America" because that is what those heartless thefts are doing. They want to steal my hard earned money. I have no problem paying for my doings but life happens and your thrown a curve! So screw you when your down! Cruel and Heartless that should be their saying!
