I somehow recieved a chance to pay off my debts and recieved this letter in the mail when I was without money after loosing my job in 1999.A whole year without any income. No credit checks and $500.00 instant credit if you have bad credit we can help you gain credit . Well I began with going to the store without reading the fine print on the back of this card and the papers inside concerning this card.

My dauhgter asked me what I wanted to buy I told her just too take me home cause I didn't know what I wanted so I was going home too find out what I really wanted to do with the card. We stopped at the filling station to pick a pack of cigarettes I spent in the amount of $90.00 for contacts and $75.00 for a VCR. That was it but my credit limit was $500.oo. I never saw the $500.00 and wound up returning the VCR to pay a bill .

I began paying them back at $35.00 or what ever I could send them all of a sudden checks began to bounce and the late charges began and they began to harrass me for the payments . I would have payed them off had I recieved moneys I thought I was going to recieve but I never recieved any type of money to help me do any thing I found my self going down hill fast into debt the late fees got higher and they called more wll I got in touch with debt management and they asked me how much I'd pay them in return so far it was a total of $350.00 more than waht they allowed me too have.

To this day they continue to call and ask me for a payment I told them no and that they will not recieve another payment from me I gave them back what I borrowed but I keep getting the harrassing telephone calls . They havent helped me to gain credit they put me in debt I owe them and other companies over a $2000.00 due to believing I could have had a chance to gain control of my debts but I was wrong a credit card is no way to pay debts it only gets you in debt.

Debt Management got the payments back down to $35.00 but they call and ask for more after being sent a letter not to call my home any more what should I do?
