Complaint Review: Cross Country Bank

Charged with Cash Advance Fees that never took place.

I am in the process of paying off my Cross Country Bank Visa and was looking through my statements online for the past months and noticed that I have been charged Cash Advanced fees for the last three months. I have never placed or transacted a cash advance at any ATM machines or bank. Why am I getting charged a Cash Advance Fee? I am calling them tomorrow to get a refund of these charges and to close my account.

One more thing, can you believe I get charged an Over The Limite Fee ($30) because they had charged my account with their annual fee which took it over the credit limit of $350!

Where as my other cards have never charged me an Over The Limit Fee when they themselves pushed my account balance over the limit.

How can people work for that company? They must not have any morals.
