MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRED ON 12\2001, WHEN I CALLED I WAS

TOLD A CARD WOULD BE SENT OUT TO ME IN 7 TO 10 DAYS. WHEN

I DID NOT RECEIVE IT AND CALLED BACK I WAS TOLD THEY

NEEDED A COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT FOR PROOF OF ADDRESS.

THEY HAVE MY ADDRESS TO SEND ME THEIR BILL EVERY MONTH,

AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE FOR A PAYMENT. I ALSO TRIED TO

MAKE A INTERNET PAYMENT AND THEY WOULD NOT EXCEPT MY

PASSWORD SO WHEN I CALLED THEY ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT FOR A

5 DOLLAR CHARGE. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME AN ANNUAL FEE FOR A

CARD THAT I DID NOT HAVE. I COULD GO ON AND ON. THIS

COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF AND SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE.
