I have had problems with the two accounts that I had with Cross Country Bank for a Visa and Mastercard. On/about Dec 15, 2003, I spoke with a respresentative and he informed me that one of my accounts still had a balance of 2300.00 and that I should forward a copy of the letter from the lawyers office stating that the bill was paid and satisfied.

I then forwarded a short note and a copy of the letter from the lawyer to the address for the correspondence center, no response has been made from the bank at this time.

The other account as a $86.86 balance which the representative stated was cout cost, which I had paid based on what the lawyer told me.

I feel that I should not have to pay nothing else on these two bills, if I have done everything that I am suppose to based on Cross Country Bank forwarding my accounts to a lawyer for judgement.
