I have been with Cross Country Bank for over a year. I can say I was all satisfied until last week. I called about having my interest rate dropped as we all can see nterest rates across the country are dropping. I guess I caught the operator on a bad day. He was rude, nasty and swearing.

I was debating on using an old line from a country prank call and ask him how big of a boy he was before I have come there whup his yelling A$$. Then today they charged my card my yearly fees, which in turn made my card go over its required limit. Then they tacked on over-limit fees to this.

I had no idea my fees were coming do or I could easily remitted the money to cover the yearly charge. I have sent a letter to them and will update this as soon as I get a reply. I have asked for a lower rate, and my late fees added back.

If they refuse I will close this account and accept another bank offer and transfer ths balance. If anyone else is from Alabama please contact me via this report and if we get enough maybe we can get our Attorney General Bill Pryor to help us out.
