credit card was used and there were interesting charges on the bill. we paid it off after 2 months and this was due to a call made to me.

caller stated that it needed to be paid...ok...I asked "how much do I need to pay to get a zero balance?" He responded "455.00" I asked"when do I need to pay this to get the zero balance" his response...
well we can date it on the 10th or the 11th if you like. "and that will get me a zero balance?"
"yes, and your card will be available again on wednesday (which was the day after the 11th)"
so I gave this company my check over the phone.

statement now reads $30.31 owed. and a payment was paid on the 11th but the card was not available until another 3 weeks......AND since he didnt tell me....my fee was assesed to be for 'over-the-limit' on the 10th.
oh yea...did I say he called me on the 8th??? did I mention that he has my info on a screen in his face and KNEW that if I paid on the 9th the amt would have been zero balance???? witheld info from me with the purpose of just having further ants on the account.

I called and there is noone of course who will forgive this small amt and the bafoonery spoken to me...oh yea they dont think the call was monitored either (like they know that) so there is no record of the call
except that I recorded it.
law suit? if there is one out there...I am a joiner!!!!!!'
canned the card on the spot.
