Cross Country Bank Screws another consumer! Don't let it happen to you!

I should have found this site before I made the mistake of excepting a Cross Country credit card. Everything they have said so far is true. The secret charges and long distance customer service phone numbers. We had a mix up at the post office and I called to let Cross Country know and they STILL changed the address 2 TIMES AFTER I called and charged me late fees and then over the limit fees!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET A CROSS COUNTRY VISA CARD, it will be the worst mistake you ever made with a credit card company. THERE ARE BETTER ONES OUT THERE. When they make a REQUEST to remove the charges that doesn't mean it happens. After not receiving a statement for 2 months and calling to find out what my bill was at one time it was $179!!! They told me I was over the limit in December because of a charge of $34, but they failed to do what they told me they would do, so I was charge $60 and never received a statement! Even after calling them to let then know I never received a statement and paying the payments via the internet, they still charged me over the limit and late fees! Cross Country is a RIP OFF AND A SCAM! They are money hungry liars and do NOT know what customer service means.

Please join us in calling the FEDERAL RESERVE 1-800-526-2028. I will be calling tomorrow to do anything I can. I would love for us all to get back all the LATE FEES AND OVER THE LIMIT FEES! I could pay my card off, almost in full with the bogus charges they have on my account!
