I made an online payment using my checking account. The first payment went through, no problem. After the initial online payment Cross Country stores your checking information and you dont have to re-enter it.

EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT I made after the first one was returned resulting in over the limit fees. Cross Country told me there rep entered my routing number in wrong and that they would remove the fees. I called the company many times and spoke to differant reps and still no action was taken to remove the fees.

I have written the company many times and this to was no help. That was in December, here we are in September and the fees were never reimbursed. P.S. My finance charge of $3 and some change put my account over the limit by $1 and they smacked me with a $30 over the limit fee even though I paid my account before the statement was mailed. That to was never reimbursed.
