The CROSS COUNTRY BANK attempted to withdraw $1000.00 from my checking account WITHOUT my permission. I had paid on my account using the automated system and one day I received information from my bank that $1000.00 was trying to be debited from my account. I told them I gave no one permission to debit from my accounts. In turn the back declined the attempt and it was tried 2 more times. When I called Cross Country Bank they said that it was not possible that happened. I filled out Fraud Papers that were sent to be by my bank. I have not closed this situation yet.

Now I get continuing harrassing phone calls everyday from this company. On guy threated to come to my house. I wanted to close my account and they charged for annual fee.

You get no where when you call. Just attitude!!!!!!!!
