Cross Country BankCross Country Bank aka Applied Card Systems Harrassment via Phone. Boca Raton Wilmington Huntingdon Florida Delaware West Virginia
I started receiving calls in August - daily, sat. through sun. all times of day and evening, calls both electronically and via people from Cross Country Bank for a person whom I have never heard of.
After clearly stating each time that I was not that person and have never heard of them I have been told by 3 different representative each a different story of how to get rid of these calls, one included faxing to Cross Country Bank stating I was not the person in question.
After becoming extremely frustrated and calling customer service to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told there was no way I could speak to one, treated rudely and hung up on by Cross Country Bank representatives.
The calls stopped for a couple of weeks and have again resumed with a 9:00am call on Sunday, 9/15. One representative who called on Sun. 9/15 evening named Roy replied when I stated that I was not the person in question and had never heard of them - that how did he know that I was not lying? And proceed to want the spelling of my name, which I refused, feeling that this Company would then send me information trying to market to me. I have again received calls last night, Mon. 9/16/02.
