I was introduced to  Residential MD Gold Home Service Plan through Ocwen mortgage comapny. Since Ocwen I am financied through Nationstar Mortgage. I was enticed to try these services regardless of age of home and promised whether appliances have pre-existing problems they will be replaced if not repaired and run the risk of unexpected costly breakdowns. 2013 the technician found a minor problem with my air conditioner house unit and it worked well for that season. This year the Technician was very adamant not wanting to go to the attic due to his age and arthritis and insisted new homes today have the  units in the houses for easy access. He expected us to out of pocket have our attic access from the outside of home reconstructed with staiirs to remove unit easier! That expense would involve a building contractor and thousands of dollars! Our Claim was denied and we have reviewed many victims from this Company with similar circumstances and are reaching out to those who may read reviews before they sign on to any Service Plan! Beware and Research!

Tech said his arthritis will not enable him to do the job. We offered to pay for the compresser outside partially as upstairs attic fan worked.A technician was to return our call after we paid the 85 dollar deductible for nothing. A clerk called us Mothers Day morning around 8:00 a.m. to only say claim was denied. The booklet stateswhether there are pre-existing conditions and unit would be covered for replacement if not able to fix the brochure promises protection and risk free of budget breaking repair and replacement costs.i worked through a Frederick Maryl
