I was charged with two felonies last April and have evidence to clear my name. The DA, Michael Ladd, will not look at my case and told me in court to just "plead guilty" if I want a speedy trial. I have spent 7,500.00 on bail and 5,000 in attorney fees. I am on the verge of losing my house because of this huge legal set back. If he would just look at the evidence and witnesses that I have then charges would be dropped against me. I would then be able to sue the city for False arrest, unlawful restraint, unlawful detention. I was held in the county jail for 12 hours before making bail. I was not afforded a cup for water and was fed two cups of pea soup with stale crackers.

The lights in the cell I was in were all broken or burned out. I have worked in corrections for almost 11 years now and was in the Army acitve duty for 4 years. I have never seen a worse correctional facility than that in all my years in corrections. I had a clean record and have never had a run in with the law before I was arrested. Nobody took a statement from me prior to my arrest or even made an attempt to talk with me. It was all one sided. I want justice! And a refund of all my legal fees ASAP!

Four years ago, a woman in Utah read the Rip Off Report that was posted about me by an ex-employee that I fired of stealing money from our biz account.

The prosecutor believed the Internet report and pursued me.  I made a plea bargan because Utah threatened me with 40 years in prison.  My lawyers told me that Utah is rated as the 15th most corrupt state in the U.S., so I got scared and we took a deal.

I worked as a wittness with the House or Representatives in a formal investigation against Utah after that and took their "Top Cop" off the block.  The Director that came after me resigned under fire of being terminated and prosecuted for abuse of power and false prosecutions.  His name is Wayne Klein, you can look him up on Goggle.

In 1994 I produced a documentory with CBS 48 HOURS that set 43 people free from prison that were prosecuted for crimes they didn't comitt.

In 2008, I helped a young mand get free from prison that was also prosecuted by scum bags in the system.

America's legal system is upside down.  I don't know your situation but, if you are innocent it may not matter to the DA, they are paid to put people away to generate money for their county or states.  Prison is a HUGE money maker for the system.

You can possibly contact me at victim defense at aol dot com.  whis I have spelled out and you know its all one word and where the dot goes.

I also filed a federal suit against this blogging site and dropped it but, plan on taking them on again with the sucess of my business whic they allowed an ex-employee to post over and over again was not not a good company.

You need to make up flyers with your story short but true and start handing them out and posting them and GOING to TV News stations in your area and talk to them.  IF your story is true, it will hit the news and the news will open the can of worms.

Its like turning on a light and the "c**k Rotches" all run.
