Complaint Review: Cross Cuntry Bank

I phoned in regard to my payment being taken out of my checking account and never being posted that day. It was a Friday and the money was withdrawn but the posted payment was never made on time and a last charge was given... the representative explained they don't post on sat...... what is the deal and because of this happening I was assessed a last fee. When I used e-mail correspondence i was billed as well as when i make a phone payment.

recently after i made a phone payment my checking account was tapered with???? a coincidence???? The interest rate is horrible and recently my available balance was increased and i was charged 100.00 i never asked for this and what about the 100.00 being billed to me.I wounder was has gone on when I wasn't checking up????

i have currently requested another bank to take my small balance over and cancel this account... we will see what hidden charges this will be.... the representatives are also very evasive.....
