Details

When my stuff arrived, driver asked for a payment before unloading the truck. I paid the remaining amount and then he started unloading.

After unloading all, I found my dresser was completely broken, all the shelves from my entertainment centre were missing, one of the coffee tables was broken into 2 pieces and total SIX of my cartons were missing out of 28 . On asking him about it, he called their office and they told "it would have been misplaced, but we will be able to find it and let you know". The driver put a note on the inventory list about the damaged and the missing items.
When I opened my boxes , I found that my most valuable stuff was not there, my different boxes containing DISH TV receiver and DVR, DVD, electronic items, all of my family shoes, baby's toys, my and my wife's full wardrobe, and clothes and some kitchen items. I called them daily for 3 days, they told our dispatchers are searching the storage and it takes them 4-5 days as our storage is big.
After 3 days they stopped picking my calls, and no reply to my e mails. I tried all the extensions, but no one picked up. 4th day one guy picked up and told he will pass my message. And after that till date they are not picking up my phone, either it's ringing or going to voice mail in 1 ring. Now it's almost a month and not a single call from them and no response to my calls.
The way my stuff is lost, I strongly feel, it's not lost, it's stolen. Because on some of my boxes it was written what is inside. They have duped me at least $ 1200 worth of my personal stuff.

On finding them on BBB, I got the number of their claim management firm, but later on I found it also on moving scam, that firm is also suspicious. It's http://www.claimmanagement.org/.

Though I have filed a claim with all the requirements of the damaged items photos, list it items in cartons and the claim form to the firm above. But not getting any confidence in them.
