This dealer ordered a car for me, assuring me the deposit was refundable if the car did not arrive on time. Of course, the car did not arrive on time and the dealership refuses to refund the money. After talking with an attorney, the manager will only offer goods and services up to the amount of the deposit. Like I would ever want to pay for overpriced services at a poorly performing dealership. Buyer beware. Never go to CrossRoads.
