My Dad bought a 1 Million dollar Life insurance policy from Michael Frazier and his wife Stacey Frazier. My Dad just died last week from liver failure. My dad has been paying his premiums every month since he got it, i even paid it during his last months of his life. I was in no situation to pay for a funeral and i really needed the money from his policy for his medical bills and such. But i called them up to tell them my dad passed away last week and then he told me that the companies he dealt with could not pay me the 1 Million dollar policy my dad had for 10 years. I was told by another inssurance company that your not suppose to pay them directly but the under writing company, but every month we mailed them a check made payable to Crossway Insurance for 563.98. he told me there is nothing i can do about it, i got mad and said at least pay back our premium and he said it was his to keep, which made me angry. He then told me he was a Master of Karate at a church him and his wife go to and he would like to kick my a*s until i was a bloody pulp. I have filed Police charges, but it is all heresay the cops told me, but the did confirm he was a black belt in karate and he has threatened to kill or do bodily harm to other people as well. This guy is a big FAT CROOK and needs to go to JAIL. he takes advantage of a person at the worst time possible, like the death of my father who i sorely miss. Just anyone out there who reads this BEWARE you will lose your money and everything. The Missippi state attorney General told me they have a case against him right now as he has done this to over 100 families.
P.S. watch out for his receptionist Jackie, she is a Rude Bit** and would tell me he wasnt in the office when he was.

To Paul, and the Ripoff Report Community-
My name is Heather, and I was an employee of Crossway Insurance for three years. I wrote many life insurance policies with them over the course of that period, and not ONE time did I ever have any ONE person say anything bad about the people that run the company, or the companies we work with. When your father took out his policy, did he know the name of the company that he was giving the money to? Crossway just represents companies, they are not an actual "insurance company" that pays money to the clients family in the event of a death, rather that they just help the clients family and the actual insurance company coordinate so that they receive the check in a timely fashion. Most insurance companies around here represent up to 20 different big agencies in life insurance alone, so don't you think you should be going after them? Also, why on earth do you not have a "paper trail" of checks payable to Crossway Insurance? I also know that yes Michael is a black belt in Karate, and teaches free classes to the children in this town and surrounding local towns, and not once has he ever threatened anyone....are you sure this is a legitimate claim? Lastly, if ANYONE is in doubt with their insurance company you should call the Mississippi Department Of Insurance, (or the dept. of insurance for the state you are in,) and ASK if this is a legitimate company. I did this just now with Crossway Insurance and they said that there are NO complaints on the company and to beware of false claims from people like you, that you might be just another competing agent who is trying to take business away from Crossway....oh, and also, please remember it is still a CRIME to slander people's name for no reason, which is what it sounds like you are doing in this case.

I have had my insurance policy through a company Crossway represents for 15 years, not once have i mailed any check because all the insurance companies they represent do electronic drafts on the checking account, and wont even allow individuals to mail money to them personally. You have a few "questionable" statements in your report as well.
First, why would you pay for a policy you have never seen? if you get a million dollar policy, blood test and such are required and the company you have the insurance with send nurses out to collect such samples. Did your "dad" ever have that done? why are you filing a complain under the representing agency's name and not the million dollar policy company name? Second, I know these people personally and nothing about them is Mormon, they go to and are active in a local church but there isn't a Mormon church anywhere around here, yet along near the church they actually attend. Third, if you sent them checks, you would be able to prove that they cashed them and if your dad signed a policy with that premium amount, (and we all know yoiu must sign a policy reguardless..) you should have proof that they "took your money". Finally, I called Crossway Insurance and nobody by the name of Jackie works there or has ever EVER worked there. I also know the CHEIF of Morton Police department and the CHIEF of the Scott Co. Sheriff's dept. and while they all knew who M. Frazier and S. Frazier were due to their active participation in the community for 22 years....they had no CLUE about ANY threats EVER being filed....going back as far as 30 years...if in doubt call them...the police numbers are
undoubtly in every phone book locally and Google it if long distance... SO in closing, either you have the wrong company...or you are making a very VERY false report.
