I contacted Crowdstar after accidentally unlinking my Design Home app from Facebook (I wanted to clear the cache, under the game's advanced settings UI because it tends to hog masses of space) the unlink option is right next to the clear cache) and losing game progress, in-game purchases, inventory, diamond credits, friends'list. I have since tested this by unlinking other games from Facebook, re-linking, and had no problems retrieving my game progress, only failing with Design Home. I specifically stated to Crowdstar: My DH and Facebook accounts were connected for at least 10 of the 12 months I've been playing. (Nevertheless, Crowdstar agents Kevin and Cherry kept asking me about it, as if there was a way to unlink those accounts without linking them to begin with. I did not uninstall the game. My device's backup settings for restoring apps were on by default. Re-linking the accounts failed to restore my game, but I sent a detailed e-mail, with screenshots proving my accounts were linked, plus proof of purchases via Google play, plus proof of diamonds credited to my account in the past week. I obviously could not prove how many "diamonds" I had at the time, but I thought I was providing enough proof to be given the credits, plus the in-game purchases. I also sent screenshots of posts from other players, on the DH Facebook page, complaining about the same issue, all within the past week. Of course, their posts went completely ignored. Customer service rep Cherry sent me a message contradicting her (and fellow agent "Kevin") previous statement: now she said game progress, purchases, etc. are irretrievably lost once unlinked from Facebook, my proof of purchases means nothing, and said purchases are non-refundable. In other words, yes, I made a mistake, but their instructions failed, and they basically changed their story and ripped me off just to avoid addressing an issue. This company is not to be trusted, even if I was gullible enough to pour money into this game, another overlooked bug might appear, and they'll simply steal more of my money. In short: Stay away from this company, don't try to earn free diamonds via their Tapjoy offerwall, since most offers are for scam companies, and there's no point in purchasing anything since they don't bother even looking at major bugs, refuse to stand by their own directions, ignore complainants, and might just zap your money into their pockets, never to be seen again, leaving you high and dry.
