Good morning. Crown communities built my home in 2014. Since then, I have had to replace my AC (repairman says that it looked like a sieve, so many holes in the unit. I honestly believe that they used a second-hand unit. I was told that I will have to call the AC dealership, a sub-contractor). When I called them, they referred me back to the builders. This went on for months. I eventually paid for my own repairs.
Now, the floor in my Master suits closet is collapsing and I am being given the same runaround. Only this time, they can't find my file. They said that the property was too old (2014) and my file would be at 1-800-334-9143. When I called them, they referred me to 717-561-4480. This office can't find my file, so they referred me back to 1-800-334-9143. Since then, they have not picked up the phone.
Also, my Master suite shower is leaking on the ceiling downstairs. It seems that the workmanship was poor. The tiles separated from the base of the shower and the water is seeping through the tiles unto the ceiling. Somehow, they may have forgotten to place a protective flange at the bottom and sides of the shower base. Again, the runaround continues. Please help. This home is just 4 years old.
