Mr. Friedman of Crown Cadillac promised to repair my vehicle for a quoted price on on April 19th ($4700.00). A mutually agreement was reached on the repairs and cost. All related damages associated with the engine  due to a broken timing belt was included in his quoted price. It was mutually agreed by us both that the work would be completed in satisfactorly working condition, this is the guarantee Mr. Friedmand agreed on, no engine problem for (12) months, 12,000 miles service guarantee, and 100,000 on the timing belt.

I kept my part of the agreement,I paid quoted cost in full, before my car was fully repaired. I complied because I trusted Crown Cadillac to live up to its promises, even though it is not required of all customers. Only some customers are required to pay in full before the work is completed. This is by my definition selective discrimination.

I've experienced nothing but problems wth my vehicle since leaving it in the hands of Mr. Friedman and the Crown Cadillac service department . Each time I returned my vehicle Mr. Friedman quoted additional costs, while not revealing that some of the problems were related to him leaving hoses unattached.

I have had to secure another service to fixed problems just to have my vehicle pass New Jersey inspection. I feel I should be re-imbursed by Crown Cadillac.
