crown collision Quality paintless dent removal Poor quality repairs on my truck and refuses to make repairs due to poor quality workmanship Fort worth Texas
i took my truck to crown collision owned by Gil Hernandez and had a bunch of hail damage repaired. Please keep in mind my truck has never seen a body shop or mechanic shop. My truck had only 60,000 miles on it when they took the truck. The shop took parts off and only put atmost half of the fasteners back in which leaves stuff hanging off my truck now. The paint is pealing and there were things completely left off of my truck. The back window had to be replaced which took 5 times and after the second time they refuses to help me and stated that i had to deal with the glass company. I did not hire the glass company they did But i was stuck dealing with them. The cab of my truck had one quarter inch of water standing the the back part of the cab and the body shop stated it was not their problem. I have brought my truck back several times trying to talk to other people at the shop to get these problems fixed and finally got to talk To Gil the owner. His statement was ” its not my problem “. I still have pealing paint broken rear light water leaking into the cab of the truck and tons of fasteners missing leaving thinns dangling off of my truck. Beware of this crook. Don’t let him take advantage of you like he did me.
