I purchased a home with Crown 4 years now and oh my goodness one nightmare after the other. The AC units has not worked for an entire year since I purchased the home. The company who is contracted via the builder to service the units are Metro Mechanical and oh boy do they do a number on you. All most all the home owners has had to have their units fixed the minimum 6 times and each time the Metro mechanical people come out they make up something that would cost you to shed hundreds of dollars. Contacting the builder is a serious nightmare. There are major complaints the homes are falling apart. Trying to contact the builder and he changes the name of the company to avoid lawsuits. Now they have gone and purchased a Builder of Integrity Award how can you purchase such an ward as if they were awarded it by a committee. Wrong just apply with the issuers and pay for it and bam!!! You can post such an award. Buyer be aware these homes are bad!!!!
