We arrived to the hotel and they lost some of our luggage, the A/C in our room did not work properly with 100 degree temp outside, bad smell of sewerage at times in the bathroom, weak wifi, dirty, and the breakfast was not close to being on par with a hotel of this supposed caliber. As if this isn't enough, the overall service was the worse I've ever experienced. Do not stay here.
