i had almost lost all hope.... thanks to ed and stick who made all of this happen... I was able to get my $7,000.00 refund and return the car to Crown Toyota...oddly enough, none of the staff that were treating me like sh*t on monday when i first tried to return the car were there (hmm...wonder why) =) i dont know what i would have done without you guys...thanks from the bottom of my heart!
