When i was offered the card they told me that I had to pay a 1 time and only 1 time fee of $199.99, they also said this would help my bad credit and they were going to give me a credit line of $7,500 for an unsecured visa. There was no visa logo on the card and they failed to tell me that I only could use the card for a magazine they were going to send me. After 6 months I notices three $49.99 installments taken out of my bank account that had nothing in it at the time. For an entire month I called the bank everyday asking who this person was and that I had given no authorization for them to take money out of my account or use my social sercurity number to do so. Isn't it a fraud to use someone eles's social security number? Finally I contacted this company and I told them this was the biggest scam I have ever seen they proceeded to tell me call it what you will it is what it is, they also told me that I wouldn't recieve any credit towards my card until they felt I deserved it, I have the phone conversation recorded and I plan on taking them to court for mental anguish on a pregnant woman, and unauthorized money being taking out of my account and the fact that they used my social security without my knowlegde. Needless to say this will stop this company will go down, I am also calling the better business bureau and other companies that deal with this sort of problem to make sure I get all of my money back plus all of the 30 dollar check bouncing fees I had to pay.
