*UPDATE Employee: Would like to resolve

A young man came to my door on July 14th 2008. Said he was selling magazine so he could go on a trip. I bought Vegetarian Times (18 issues), wrote a check for $46. Told the man it was a birthday gift for my son - I put down my son's address. My son has never received one magazine.
I would like my money back.
