Complaint Review: crst dedicated/van expidited

just quit crst,was hired on for dedicated route first and became lead driver trainer to get good miles.after splitting those so called great miles was only getting paid 2 to 3 hundred a week gross pay. had no choice but to try lease purchase as i didn't want to make another change in company after only 1 1/2 months with them. they had a great pitch and i was doomed. they say we give a great deal and wont charge any truck payments for 3 weeks, sounds ok right. but only works if you get miles. every load they gave me put me in location where they said freight was slow so i would sit waiting . did this a couple weeks before i started getting my own loads off load boards in order to preplan ahead. 

during this time i mad 1 check for $54 and another for $77. they told me i had to run but gave me nothing to run , first week delivered Monday early.then sat till Tuesday afternoon, had to deadhead 150 miles to get it.delivered load by wensday night then sat till late Thursday and they wanted me to take a load for 862 miles and sit on it all weekend. i refused and got my own .so out seven days they wanted me to sit for 4 of them great idea on their part. i live in Chicago and all my years of driver showed me some of the best paying freight is here. and no matter where in the country you might be .

you can always find a load to go there or close to it .they refused to try and do that wanting to have you park for your 34 hr restart on weekends and not go home, being a solo driver this is unacceptable to me. i went to load boards and could get my own going rt back to Chicago could easily run 3000 miles a week and get back for restart .but they cut me off. i needed $ 150 in pocket to run for the week after i picked up load and since i hadn't gotten paid anything i asked for advance . they said i owed them $1200 and wouldn't give it. i had just transflowed three lds i did the week before and was under a new one, no pay no run is what i said . i covered the load with a different driver and they came and got the truck 2 1/2 hrs later, now they say i abandoned it and will file that on dac report. stay away if you value your cdl career. and want to make money total liars. sorry its so long but cant slam them enough
