Complaint Review: CRST Malone

 We just got done with CRST MALONE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with a trucking company. Bullshit on finding loads, your dispatcher doesn't do s**t when they tell you in orientation that they are there to help and will keep you moving. There aren't loads on the load board and if there are loads they are usually gone and the dispatchers have been to lazy to take them down. They don't pay for crap. Had a dispatcher give me a load I didn't ask for when I was on my 34 hour RESET on October 4th. The load was 350 miles away from where I was at and they expected me to pick it up that day. I said no way. I turned the truck in the next Monday October 7th.
Just got a bill from them that the truck was in an accident....14 days after I turned it in. Then they want me to pay a whole month of lease payments for a month after I turned it in. They also charged me for a $300 fuel advance I didn't get. They've added a list of charges that ends up over 3k. Also, you're better off selling the equipment you buy then turning it back in. They only give you 25% of what you pay and still want the other 75% even if you quit under 30 days.
They didn't pay for orientation like they said they would. They didn't pay for food like promised. They didn't pay for travel expenses like promised.
