While trying to obtain a copy of my DAK Report, I came across this site. I went through school in January of this year, CRST sponsered. Started Orientation in February, sat in my hotel room for 10 days afterwards, waiting for my trainer, then went out with the trainer from h*ll. As soon as we got out of Oklahoma he broke out his pornography collection! And, it only got worse. I informed the company, their response, "I don't need to know about that!"

On to my second trainer. We didn't even leave Oklahoma City before it started. I figured, what the heck, it's only for 8 more days, the sexual harrassment went on daily.

When I finally got my own truck, and co-driver, we went to pick up our truck in Dallas, and couldn't believe the shape it was in. The truck was at Freightliner to be serviced, according to the company, all they did was replace an elbow to the blower. The oil was pitch black, there was oil spray in the engine compartment, the front end shimmied over 50mph, and no passenger seat belt.

And, they wanted us to take a load to Reno in this! We went to Oklahoma City and finally got another truck. Needless to say, we spend a considerable amount of time in maintenance with this truck too.

Despite all this, since we were told we would make all this money, we decided to stick it out, but that changed dramatically when we checked out ComData Accounts! From Dallas, to Oklahoma City, to Reno, Sacto, Los Angeles, etc; we had no pay coming, according to the company. When we contacted them, those who previously worked for them know, the school fees come out first, and any and all other deductions, then you get what's left. I actually ended up owing them money for working for them.

So, we decided enough was enough. We turned our truck in at the terminal in Oklahoma City. We Qualcomm'd dispatch that we were at the terminal and turning our keys in to maintenance, which we did. We also wrote out a receipt for the truck, that is was in good condition, and the mileage, and had maintenance sign, and print his name out.

3 days later, and less than 24 hours after I filed 2 reports with CRST's Hotline #, I got a phone call from my previous dispatcher! It seems they are unable to locate our former truck, he said they have looked everywhere and can't find it, the Qualcomm has been disconnected, he said, so they can't even track it, and if we don't turn it in they are going to call the police! He didn't know we had a signed receipt from maintenance, until then!

I'm in the process now of trying to find out if they put this alleged "Missing/Abandoned" truck on my DAC!

Make sure you already have a lawyer lined up if you are contemplating having this company put you through school. It's true, the Government pays CRST for our school, after we finally figured it out, CRST makes approximately 10k per student, without ever putting out a dime.

Now, we have to continue dealing with the threats of lawsuit so CRST can recoup their "Losses", their LOSSES, after having put us through school!

I would love to talk to anyone about this company, this site knows how to reach me.

Hometime, that's a joke!

So much for the 21/5 program. After we were in our truck for 2 weeks we submitted a request for hometime for the following week, and were informed "My calendar is full, I can't get you home until May," another month down the road! Much longer on the road, I won't have a home, since they haven't paid me, I couldn't pay my bills.

They told us after we were in the truck, and on the road, and found out we weren't making any money, "Do you really expect to make money right away?"
