I reserved a 25ft camper for a week over a month in advance from an outfilt in Milwalkee to go to the Oshkosh Air show. Hotels in the area are booked a year in advance, as well as rental cars. 2 weeks before the Trip I receive an email saying my cancelation was confirmed! I never canceled anything. I have non-refundable airfare, had to rent a room 25 miles away for $200 a night and rent a car for another $200 a day. They offered no explanation. When I called corporate, they said they'd get back to me to figure out what happened. They never called back. What good is a reservation!
