Complaint Review: cruise America

We were delayed a day in a half on our trip due to overhead aircondition not working an they charged us for unused day. The genorator did not work the check engin light was on our whole trip. The windows would not stay closed on interstste.The tires were bald. We were in 90 degree heat with no air an three kids. They told us the main air would be enough to cool RV. They said overhead air would work if we turned on genorator an hit air fan with screwdriver. It worked 10 min an would shut off.

At the end of trip they charged $500 in genorator cost that was not used. We never recieved or credit of the $300 deposit. Cruise America does not service their RVs they just take your money an give you a unsafe RV to drive 1900 miles in with no air. An tell you that it works till you are on the road and find out it does'nt work. We called many times to complain about RV with no help from anyone or compensation for our troubles just a large bill. I would never use or refer this company bad experience. We were lucky we did not get stuck on the side of the road with this bad RV.
