Attention: Shawn Sarnecki

I called a two times and I was in hold forever and I left a message yesterday to call me about the e-mail receipt which was totally different of the one I got by fax . My nephew Renzo sent the order by fax without realizing about your new invoice.I want to cancel the $2,500 order. I am very unhappy about you and your company service.I was told many lies about last year's cruise certificates that must be valid until March 2012 and you do not want to keep your word and without any warning from your company  about expired cruises you just deny my last three customers the cruise without even returning the $38.00 fee to them. It was an aggravating to my customer and my company which we made fool of ourselves giving your cruises. We paid $99.00 per cruise.

Furthermore , the vacation we took with my employees, we overpaid your employee certificate release by $70.00 per person and the special employee party that we were promised was a joke because  Carnival cruises did not know about it. You offered me to paid 25 x$100 $2,500 and 25 cruise that I have you will make it valid .I accepted but I told you helping me about my 3 customers who were  denied with the cruises and you kept their checks. then you send me another e-mail with a bill for $3,539.00 without any explanation. I am tired of the greed you and your company show us instead of helping us with $3,200 of illegally expired cruises we held. You charged us $2,500 and then we received another invoice for $3,539.00. I am calling my American Express card to cancel the transaction and I am going to make aware of your companies services to all organizations I belong to so that they don't make the same mistake I did buying your cruise certificates and suffer the consequences of losing my sales promotions investment. Lastly, I want to mention the fact that your three nights cruise certificates were only available for 5 dates within the time span of 18 months in some very inconvenient dates, like hurricane season in Miami. Miami being the world capital of the cruise industry.
