Cruiseshipcenters RIP-OFF False Advertising Cruise rates not there Ontario Canada
I was looking for cruise prices and went to www.londonsouth.cruisecenters.com. My friend had already booked our cruises but after we had all given our credit card numbers, we were told that the rooms that we had booked were actually unavailable and they had booked us into lower rooms.
I went to their website and they had these great deals on their website.... none of which are true. I called them today and asked them about it. But none are!!!
This is really bad false advertising. Most sites that I have visited ask you to call in for a price as they don't have an interactive system. This is a good thing.
Cruise Ship Centers is not. They told me that they don't update their website very often and the rates that they were advertising did exist but they are all sold out!! Isn't that a coincidence!!!!

Cruise pricing changes every hour based on how the ship is sold out, that is why you can't actually book cruises online through their website. It fluctuates every hour, they clearly state for the best available rate to contact a sales consultant. The pricing is simply a gauge that is up-dated once every 2 days.
Really not a breach of advertising, however I understand it can feel misleading.
