Complaint Review: Crum's Climate Control

Local 6 needs to read this...As a homeowner for multiple years and not a "young" person, I have never seen such poor service practices of any company having to do with home repair or service. Not only was the first service call a waste of time, but upon their second trip, the service man (who was the same one from the first trip and didn't solve the problem), showed up at my door at 9pm! The call was scheduled for 4-6pm. He was here for over an hour and the problem was never solved. Now, I was scheduled for a third time between 2-4pm, only to find out that since I talked to the service manager over all of the techs, I was removed(!) off the schedule. So, essentially, I had to move the appointment from a Saturday to the soonest, Wednesday, only to find out that I have been waiting for three hours for nothing. What is up with this company? Are they aware that TV stations thrive on bad business practices? I trust someone in the media sees the problems with this company. It is amazing that when you go on their website, they have 165 testimonials -- all positive. Hmmm.
