I bought a York Unit with Crums 8-11-09 after it was installed the ac did not stopped or cool the house right , they said it was a wring issue , they work on it and it got fixed, or so I thought since little after It was installed  we had a good  fall and winter  and a very nice spring. 

I noticed the bills started increasing and of course since my older AC was not energy efficient the comparision in bills was so lower  I assume it was ok but  again AC started to fail at the begging of April 2011 to my surprised they dianosed pin holes on the air handler condeser coil, not to worry the part is on warranty but is about 600.00 the installation of it ? they added gas it should last me tech for maybe the whole summer , good that will give me time to make some calls, and gather information and the money that I was not expecting to ahve to put on a relatively new AC, when they train they replace was 18 yrs and working still.

now I have been 1 week with out AC hard to find an appoitment they dont returned the call or they cancelled with out letting you know, I was told by Kyle  i was going to be the first call today , called at 10am since no calls or visit yet , I was informed I was scheduled for Friday that they already ordered the Coil , I was not told that on my conversation with Kyle the day before.

I was surprised they ordered the part since I explained to him that I doubted the Coil was the issue since the Ac has gas and my inability to be able to stop the AC via the panel on the panel shows off but the machine kept running , only way to sut it off was via the breaker box .  I was so surprised when i came to your website and saw the message from Betty about this company I wish I was able to read it before i contacted Crums .
