I joined the gym January 2018. Within a week noticing how much broken down exercise equipment and how overcrowded it was I did not like it and asked to cancel the membership. They said I was forced to keep the membership for 3 months. I was never presented with that information that I was obligated to keep the membership for 3 months when I signed up.

I let the manager Justin know that and he still refused to cancel the membership. I ended up having to change Banks just so they would stop automatically debiting my account for membership that I was not using. 8 months later they're calling my phone and saying that I owe them $173 for six months of a membership that I did not use. And asked to cancel 7 months ago.

So today I asked them again to cancel my membership and they said they refused to cancel the membership until I pay them money for 7 months of a membership that I did not use and requested to cancel 7 months ago. Sorry but based on principle alone I refuse to pay for a bill where I did not incur any charges. There's no way I incur charges or expenses at your gym when I was not even there. And I consider having an unreasonable amount of broken down gym equipment a breach of contract on your part anyways.

You guys are terrible with your customers. And I guess that's why you have thousands of complaints. Stay away from this gym people. When a manager wants it to look like he has memberships that he doesn't really have to his higher-ups so it makes it look like he's a successful manager. That's a shady individual. And he cares more about the appearance on paper to his higher ups rather than the actual quality of service of his gym. Excessive broken down gym equipment and overcrowding.

It was a terrible one week experience even having to go there. I've since joined a wonderful gym with hundreds and hundreds of machines to use and I've been there for 7 months and have not encountered a broken piece of equipment yet. And there's never a line or overcrowding. And it's literally a half a mile away from crunch University. Go somewhere else guys before you make the mistake of signing your name on any dotted lines at that place.
