Crystal Limousines Wedding Ruined!!! Important family member not picked up!! Cancelled reservation w/out cause. Orange California

My Husband has always been extremely close with his Godmother, especially since his own mother passed away over 15 years ago. When his Godmother informed us that she could not find a ride to our wedding I arranged for Crystal Limousines to pick her up.

1st - they had the WRONG DATE for pick up. They were waiting for her outside of her apartment 3 Saturdays prior to the wedding. I had SEVERAL phone & e-mail conversations to confirm the correct date after that incident. I spoke with Sarah on the phone on several occasions & have e-mails to confirm as well the changed date.

On 4/9/07 I e-mailed the Credit Card Authorization form which included 2 contact numbers for me (total of 3 different contact numbers were given to them).These numbers were written on the form itself as well in the e-mail.

More calls were made to confirm they had EVERYTHING they needed from me. Even a few days prior to the wedding - with my now husband right there listening to our conversation.

On 4/21/07 - the day of our wedding I received a call from my fianc's Godmother informing me she had not been picked up yet. She placed several calls to the company & they were completely aloof & unsympathetic to her situation. When I finally called they informed me that the reservation had been CANCELLED! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone could not be more aloof. My Husbands Godmother missed our ceremony - which she was a part of. We luckily got her there in time for the reception.

Crystal Limo's e-mailed me at my work e-mail address the week I was off of work to plan my wedding to inform me they never got my Credit Card Authorization form. Which is a HUGE mistake on there part.I have it in my e-mail sent folder & I also faxed it.I also called to confirm it was received & spoke with Sarah on several occasions. They had several ways to contact me & NEVER should have cancelled that reservation ESPECIALLY without getting a hold of me.
