I had a 30 day Trial for CrystalVision. I forgot about it, but they went ahead anyway and charged me $49.95. Then on the same day $19.95 and there after for the next 2 months $19.95.

I call them and they said because you did not respond before the 30 day trial we cannot give refund your money. I thought as long as I received the membership of $49.95 I would be happy.

They could only reimburse me $19.95 for October billing. This CD is to be used when I want to purchase something. I told them I did not want this in the first place.

Since I they cannot reimbuse the $49.95 I am still a member and can order. But I DO NOT WANT THIS.
Money is hard to come by, and I do need my membership money reimbursed. As I said I forgot about the 30 days. Why didn't you email me or send a letter to tell me that my 30 days were coming upon me.

YOU forgot about the 30 day trial period..and because YOU signed up for something, forgot about it, and couldn't afford it....YOU are now claiming a ripoff???

How about you take responsibility for your actions, don't spend more than you can afford, and send a letter of apology to the company for bad mouthing them when THEY did exactly what they said they would do........BILL YOU if you didn't cancel within the 30 days!

It's a company, not your mommy and daddy, and a business doesn't "remind" you of things that you should be aware of.
