We were scheduled to fly from Richmond. Virginia to Auckland, New Zealand.

I was supposed to catch a Cruise ship from Auckland.

My plane from Richmond did not take off because the pilot got sick.I had to reroute my flight and missed a day. My ship sailed without me. We took a Taxi from Auckland to next port of call. I missed sightseeing in Auckland.

I filed all the paperwork with CSA, but they are getting technical. They claim that pilot getting sick is not covered and they refuse to pay my claim.
