In this day and age of greed it shouldn't surprise me that a company CSA Travel Protection,is out only for profit.

We had to cancel a family trip to the outerbanks in NC for Thanksgiving 08. We've done this trip for the last 6 years. My son-in law ,through no fault of his own, lost his job. It was a national mortgage compny that closed down completely.He had only been there 3yrs not the 5 years they say. This was totally beyound his control.

It seems the only way they pay is a real tragedy.

I was very happy to hear the real estate company has dropped CSA and gone with a better group. Just hope more follow.

Don't waste your money on travel insurance if CSA is the carrier!!! You would have to be on deaths doorstep for them to come through!!

As a trusted and highly rated insurance provider since 1991, CSA understands that unexpected job loss is a fact of life, especially in today's economy. That is why this type of coverage is included in many of CSA's policies.

We sympathize with anyone facing unemployment, but CSA explicitly explains up front benefit stipulations for each policy. The policy
language in your plan clearly stated that 5 years of continued employment is the minimum time required for a claim to be paid.

While we feel compassion for all our customers and the unexpected events that may cause a delay or cancellation of their trip, we simply
can't pay every single claim with no restrictions. As a consumer, it is imperative that you read and understand your policy carefully before purchasing to prevent misunderstanding or confusion should a
claim need to be filed.
