CSE Insurance Rips off the Injured
I was in an accident in July, 97. The other party was at fault and was fined by the police. However, his insurance company--Civil Service Insurance Company in CA--refused to pay for the accident. After 3 years of fighting it out, they finally gave a small settlement that barely covered expenses. I didn't even get compensation for the time lost from work. How do they sleep at night???
