This career builder rvice has the 'in on the 'hidden job market'
This hidden market is available for free in the newspaper or web. You get a list for a $200+ fee, which has jobs available easily for free, the only thing you get is to be able to put CSG as a referral. I think this makes an applicant sound desperate.
When I wanted my money back, 1 day after signing up, it took 3 phone calls and a $100 admin fee. Pretty bad!!!!!!
