i CONTRACTED VERBALLY TO MANUFACTURE PRODUCT FOR THEM. AFTER PICKING UP PRODUCT THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY. THEY SAID THEY ARE SAMPLES OR SET UP ITEMS. THEY KEPT CHANGING MINDS ON SIZES, AND WANTED THINGS DONE FOR FREE. WATCH OUT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO. DONNA GAVE ME HER WORD ON TAKING CARE OF THE BILL WHEN PICKED UP BUT NOW IS REFUSING. IN THE OLD DAYS COWBOYS STUCK TO THEIR WORDS.... NOT THESE PEOPLE, WATCH OUT!!!

I have worked for CSI Saddle pads and known Kevin and Donna for a long time. They have always stood behind there product and there word 100%. I do not understand why these people are saying they do not honor there word when I have a canceled check in the office showing paid in full on this account. It sounds more to me that someone is just trying to ruin someone elses good name. I have never seen them do anything that is even questionable. They have done things for people most wouldnt and have always gone out of their way for any one. As I said before I have an invoice and a canceled check and this whole thing is bogus.
