CSI was formed as an LLC with three partners, including Rick Thompson and me (Jennifer Thompson Smith) and one silent partner when Rick was residing in Oregon in the early summer of 2012.
After returning to Dallas in August 2012 and reconciling with his ex-wife, Julie D. Freeman, Rick approached me with the intention of forming a new company. Rick had re-formulated the partnership agreement from one-third ownership for each for the three founding partners, to a new ownership redistribution whereby he would own 75%, I would own only 25% and the remaining third partner, who had a sizeable investment and one-third ownership, would be completely disregarded!
Rick Guy Thompson and the I.T. administrator, Harry Aston, both of whom hosted CSIs Thursday night update conference calls, repeatedly told everyone the pay module was almost finished and would be up the following week. The following week however, never materialized.
Hundreds of people believed what they had heard and joined CSI based upon what these two men said.
When I refused to agree to the new partnership arrangement and questioned the existence of the third partners rights, Rick instructed the IT administrator to completely block my access to CSI system (Sept 7, 2012). I have repeatedly asked both Rick and Harry Aston, the IT administrator, to reactivate my access, which has never done.
I have repeatedly asked Rick Thompson to provide all financial information so we could do a profit report and close the LLC as required by law. He refuses do this as well. At the same time, Rick was making large, many times unapproved, unreasonable, unjustified and now, undocumented cash
withdrawals from CSIs company account.
On Thursday, October 18, 2012, the CSI website was shut down by Harry Aston while Rick Thompson and Harry Aston launched yet another website under the name www.IBOproducts.com, based upon the website design and some terminology that had been createed by Chuck Deagan (Distributor who was instrumental with CSIs graphics and wording). It became clear that IBOproducts.com was the original CSI website that had been modified for Rick and Harrys new company. That night Harry Aston text CSI distributors to jump on the Thursday night conference call, many thinking the call was going to be the usual CSI update call. WARNING, RICK THOMPSON, JULIE D. FREEMAN AND HARRY ASTON ARE OUT TO DO THE SAME WITH IBOProducts.com!!!!
It was during this phone call that Rick announced it was NOT a CSI update call. It was, however, a solicitation phone call by both Rick Thompson and Harry Aston to introduce current CSI associates to and to entice them to join www.iboproducts.com.
Unfortunately for me, I had trusted my father as I invested all my savings into CSI as well as set up the banking merchant account in my name and with my credit. I could never get my father (Rick Thompson) to sign all the paperwork and order company checks. Instead, he was moving as much as $10,000 at a time from CSIs bank account and into his personal account in Texas. At one point, I froze this account but had to reopen it because distributors were owed commissions. When he saw the account re-opened, he immediately drained the account leaving me with only $1400 while he solicited people to ask for $1000 refunds, When I ask him how I was suppose to manage this, he told me he didnt know what to tell me. He was taking the money and shipping from Texas. The product that was shipped in large quantities looked different from the product that had been sent as samples. When the distributors started using this version of Relief, they found it to not work as well the original samples had worked.
When associates started complaining about the ineffectiveness of the product, Rick advised them to contact me for a refund even though he had told some people that I was no longer involved in the day-to-day operations. Obviously, due to Rick Thompson pulling almost all the money out of the account, I was faced with tens of thousands of dollars in refunds for the inferior product that he had shipped. I felt victimized and awful, but I felt even worse that so many others had been victimized too. After feeling sorry for myself for a couple minutes, I became angry that I had allowed Rick Thompson, my biological father who had left my mother with four small children to raise, with no child support, to scam me, my friends and family and others who neither he nor I even knew. I decided that I could feel victimized and humiliated or I could set about to make things better. Choosing to focus on the positive is what I have done.
I have contacted the original manufacturer of the original Relief, the product that we signed up to promote and we were supposed to have as our Founders packs. I have also lined up investment partners and we are soon going to have the great product that really works. This is the same product we should have had months ago had Rick Thompson been honest and been committed to CSI. Im excited to say that we have tested samples of the anti-inflammatory product in Louisiana, Mississippi, Oregon and Tennessee and it works better than we could have imagined. Over 95% of those trying it have reported amazing results. We have production underway and scheduled to be shipped approximately the second week of November. All of you who purchased the Relief product from CSI and have not requested nor have received a refund will receive this product at no charge.
In closing, I wish to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have been supportive and patient with me. I assure you I am doing everything in my power to recreate the company that we envisioned but was taken from us. We will be updating you on a regular basis and look forward to the testimonies of success with this incredible product.

This is the update for CSI Relief and the Rick Thompson.
I was a distributor for CSIRelief and know Rick Thompson inside and out. I was one of the Founding investors that Rick Thompson STOLE money from. I am a single mom with three teenage children living at home. My husband was killed in Afghanistan four years ago by an IED. Here is what Rick Thompson did to me with CSIRELEIF. This evil man must be stopped!!!!!
First, Let's take a look at the FACTS:
Fact #1.
Rick Thompson is now wanted by the FBI for having stolen over $71,000 from people under the guise of creating founder's packs with all kinds of amenities and perks with a company called www.CSIRelief.com this past summer and fall.
The first product that Rick Thompson sent out to us was a pain formula designed to stop arthritis pain and other types of pain dead in its tracks. This product DID work very well and did great for my fibromyalgia. It was after this that I spent the $1000.00 to be come "a founder." The next product, I have learned, Rick sent out, was made in California by a company whereby Rick was trying to make a knock off product, more cheaply, that DID NOT WORK. Everyone I have spoken with have had the same results. IT DOES NOT WORK. When I spoke to Rick about this, he said that I needed to take it longer. Keep in mind the previous product he sent out had worked overnight.
FACT #2.
Rick says he was NEVER a principle of CSIRELIEF. This is simply not true for TWO REASONS:
1. Rick Thompson was the person holding the purse strings of CSI. Rick was the person writing the checks and was in charge of all the finances. In fact, Rick ended up draining the account so badly that people were not able to obtain refunds for the sorry product he had put out to all the founders which is nothing more then sawdust! Rick Thompson was also always introduced as the CEO of CSIRELIEF on the weekely conference calls. I have two of these call taped and have turned them over to the attorney general Greg Abbott for the state of Texas as well as to the post master general of the US (as this is how Rick Mailed the product so he is looking as mail fraud). Furthermore, I have turned over these same cds of the conference calls to thew FBI of Dallas County Texas who are, as we speak, building its case against Rick Thompson.
Fact #3:
Rick Thompson is on the corporate paperwork filings for the State of Nevada as a partner with a Jennifer Thompson and a David Karam. So when Rick says he was not a principle with CSIRELIEF, he is lying as I got this infomration from the Freedom of Information Act with the state of Nevada.
Fact #4:
Rick Thompson has worked in collusion with the web master, Harry Aston, the self proclaimed webmaster. Harry Aston, I have learned was sued and criminally investigated in the state of Texas for a fraudulent act he committed in 2010 with his text messaging company, Panther Mobility. He was successfully sued for fraud and then told his investors could come to the new panther mobility for a "small fee".
It is very ironic that Harry Aston was the webmaster of CSIRELIEF and then the EXACT SAME DAY HE SHUT DOWN www.CSIRELIEF.com 's website, after being paid for his services of $30,000 (I have learned that from reliable sources) the new company of Rick Thompson and Harry Aston, www.IBOPRODUCTS.com sprang to life. YES, THE EXACT SAME DAY!!! The reason for this is Harry Aston on had one license to operate one website at a time from a company called NextStep Internet out of Vancouver, Canada. So we now put all the parts of the puzzle together to see that Harry and Rick were actively in collusion for defraud people out of over $100,000.00. Harry Aston NEVER intend3d to have the www.csirelief.com website up and running. HOW COULD HE? He shut down the csirelief website to open www.iboproducts.com website on the EXACT SAME DAY.
Proof also shows that the website had been worked on for weeks and the website was stolen form CSI website and all investors' monies from CSIRELIEF's website were used to fund the www.iboproducts.com. In short, both Harry Aston of Melissa, TX and Rick Thompson of McKinney, TX are liars, cheats and thieves.
Fact #5: Raiding the Data Base:
Rick Thompson states in the above rebuttal that he was NOT a principle of CSIRELIEF. Now look at this. The week he and Harry Aston shut down the CSIRELIEF website, Rick Thompson text messaged everyone who had been in CSIRELIEF that there was a conference call at 8 PM central time making everyone believe that it was a CSI conference call. Once Rick was introduced, he stated it was NOT a CSI conference call but a conference call for iboproducts. If Rick was NOT a principle of the company of CSIRElief, how did he get the data base to text everyone in CSIRELIEF to be on the iboproducts phone call? He did not have permission to text the people of CSI to be on the IBOproducts phone call.
I THINK YOU CAN SEE THAT WHAT EVER RICK THOMPSON AND HARRY ASTON DO OR SAY IS A LIE!!!!!
NOW CAUTION AND HIGH ALERT:
RICK THOMPSON and HARRY ASTON are back to scamming people again. They have created www.iboproducts.com to scam more people to make more money. Keep in mind that their health products, with the backing of Dr. Rick Wiseman, are substandard and do nothing to stop pain. Dr. d**k Wiseman was also the "source" and credibility for CSIRELIEF. From that, one can guess he is also in the scam mix with Harry Aston and Rick Thompson just by gult by association.
You should stay away from Rick Thompson, Harry Aston, Dr. Richard (d**k) Wiseman, and Roy Cramer. They are out to steal your hard earned money.

My Name is Rick G. Thompson and I am Jennifer Smiths Father Please Read Below.
This post is in direct response to the submission made by Jennifer Smith on November 1, 2012. There are numerous allegations that she has made that have no basis of truth whatsoever. I am very sorry that my daughter has made these remarks and obvious attempts to attack individuals that she has claimed to have love and respect for.
The unfortunate part of the electronic communication age is that you can never reclaim your words. To me this is a total cowards approach to any issue. Posting where the site owner chooses to post and not verify content is as responsible as the person making the post. I choose not to fight my battle on the internet.
Jennifer received written the written communication on October 25th, shown below sent from my counsel;
Dear Ms. Thompson-Smith:
Please be advised that, I represent your father. It is clear that there was never an agreement between your father and you in regards to doing business as CSI (Creative Science International, LLC). What we have is an intent to make an agreement, which never happened. There is an old phrase that says, in order to have a contract, you must have a meeting of the minds, which in this case, we tried, but could never get on the same page.
Initially, it was clear that the intent was to form a company with Dr. Karam, yourself and your dad. At least that is clear in that all three of you were listed as managers of the LLC and then Dr. Karams name was marked out. It is also clear that there was never an organizational meeting, nor was there ever an operating agreement.
Hence, there was no present agreement to do business, but only attempts to reach an agreement. No one knew what was expected of the others. As you are well aware, Dr. Karam backed out of the business venture before it was ever begun.
It is also clear that CSI does not own the software that they were using. Harry Aston offered to sell the license to the software to CSI, but there was no money to do so. The only agreement with Mr. Aston and CSI was for Mr. Aston to serve as IT Director, for the sum of $2000.00 per week. This was paid for a period of time until the funds were exhausted. Currently, CSI owes Mr. Aston money, which is why he shut down the web site.
It is also clear that the Merchant One credit card account at Wells Fargo is in your name only at the present time and you took your dad off as an authorized user. Consequently, we do not know how much money is in said account or what amount of chargebacks are against said account, if any, as well.
It is also clear that approximately $70,000 had been brought in to CSI with expenditures greatly exceeding that amount. In order to be able to pay the bills your dad had to borrow money.
Also, your dad has taken no money from this $70,000. All expenditures have been to pay legitimate bills CSI owed.
At this point, my client has no money to continue to try and reach an agreement with you, nor to try and make CSI work. It is with great regret on the part of your father, that I tender his resignation to you. At this point, it is clear an agreement was never reached between you and your dad and now never will.
There will be no further response to any of the absurd claims and lies that Jennifer chooses to post. Again, I apologize for her lack of class and her lack of respect.
