CSK Murray - Checker Auto rebate scam bait and switch, oil rebate fraud. Canon City Colorado
I purchased valvoline synthetic oil from checker auto using the advertised rebate. I sent in all the formal rebate forms with endorsement by checker for the $18 refund. That was three and 1/2 months ago (Sept. 15,2008) and have yet to receive my rebate. I believe this was a bait and switch scam by valvoline oil who has no intentions of rebating anything. This time frame is way beyond the usual time it takes for a rebate. This is a fraud and a scam. Boycott valvoline and checker as they are frauds.
