CT21 Analytics Inc. Anne Wong CT21.ca CT21 False promises and scammers and fake bots; took money and did nothing Burnaby British Columbia
This company, CT21 Analytics Inc. operating as CT21.ca, does the antithesis of what it says it is going to do. We paid a deposit of $16,500 for SEO services and web traffic flow, we were promised proof of performance however have received none despite repeated requests for activity instances and IP report information. The company essentially took our money and did nothing they made representations they would do; they can’t prove they did anything, despite promising to be able to prove activity instances and provide IP information in a report. I reached out to the owner Anne Wong of Burnany and she had the nerve to say "I need more money to look into it" - totally bizzare.
After hiring CT21.ca the landing page we set up received clear indications of 100% fake bot-like traffic; a sudden increase in traffic in one day from an average of 120 to over 9,000, except we used software to track all activity and all visitors had the same web browser, the durations of the visits and sessions were less than 2 seconds coming from non-english speaking countries. We received no increase in sales or activity or interaction or engagement, in fact we dropped noticeably in all these measurable areas. The service we used previously actually did real marketing efforts, it is apparent everything CT21 did was fake bots of no commercial benefit.
It is not just me that has had such an experience; I quote Steve Bennet on google reviews who had a similar experience with CT21 “This company is an embarrassment!!! Our company has dropped 30% in business in 6weeks with no one calling us as a 5 star company and triple A at the BBB . We are forced to move to another marketing company. Don’t bother with this company”.
It would be just business if we paid money and got bad luck or our product was less than stellar; but the fact we were promised accountability from CT21 and promised proof of work, this makes the taking of our money all the more egregious as I have demanded proof of performance and have to date received none. I have asked for my money back as they are in violation of material representations made and I received none back.
