I enrolled with CTS's Accounting Program at the end of July 2003 and was promised training in PeachTree Accounting, Quickbooks and Oracle Business Suites. As of today's date, they still have not provided any product or training. They accepted my payment of $349.00, 8/1/03.

I have tried to contact them with no response. Also,the website no longer exits.

I have requested status of the services and/or a refund on many occasions, with no resolution.

I am certain that many people are in the same situation as I, due to the current economic conditions. My family went from dual income to single income as of March 2003. Cost effective training and placement assistance was very appealing.

Unfortunately this company has preyed upon the less fortunate. CTS has been dishonest in providing the goods and/or services that they accepted payment for.

Your assistance in teaching this company and it's owners a lesson in ethical business practice is greatly appreciated.
