CTbeauty.com CHARGED MY CARD- NEVER DELIVERED Internet
I looked up a hair product on Amazon and thought that this company was affiliated. It took me to their site . I ordered and got confirmation that night that it was received , another email the next day saying it was shipped ( with the name of Big Commerce) and a 3rd email giving me a USPS tracking # . USPS 2 days later had the status of information rec;'d prior to shipment but thats the last update . That was 15 days ago! I emailed company 3xs and left several messages with no replies . I called Amazon and they dont have a record of my order , even though thats how I got the company. I am now involved in disputing with my credit company . NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
